Grascan Construction Ltd. is one of the most well established heavy civil and infrastructure contractors in Southern Ontario, Canada with demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of complex municipal infrastructure projects.

2012 - Bremner Blvd. Reconstruction from York St. to Lakeshore Blvd. West
City of Toronto

Grascan’s work on Bremner Boulevard included road reconstruction and decorative streetscaping, including the iconic decorative concrete maple leaves that have become a signature feature of MLSE’s Maple Leaf Square/Jurassic Park.

Rapid Transit and Railway
Since inauguration in 1987, Grascan Construction Ltd. has been actively involved in the heavy construction of rapid transit and railway projects. We are currently one of the few approved Metrolinx (GO Transit), Canadian National Railway (CNR) and Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) contractors. Our experience and reputation with safety and hands on approach to constructability have labeled us one of the best. With an increasing demand for more public transit, Grascan has strategically positioned itself to help provide the services required.
